Zinnia Garden

“Imprinted with the memory of a Southern Garden.”

Created by hand on my Sunflower Mississippi farm, this botanical bas relief captures the quiet beauty of my summer garden. Zinnias, Gardenia, Mint, Wisteria, and Cosmos were pressed into the clay before the plaster was poured, preserving every petal and stem in delicate relief.

Measuring approximately 8” × 8” × 1¼”, this piece has a distinctly organic, fossil-like feel—with natural pits, uneven surfaces, and softly ragged edges that reveal the character of true handmade work.

This piece is one of my personal favorites—richly textural and full of movement, like a garden captured in stone. Finished in a natural plaster, it may be hung or displayed on a brass easel (available separately).
